LeadMaite combines a simple subscription with transparent usage-based billing for communication and infrastructure services that carry a per-message or per-minute cost.

The lists below are general guidelines. Your specific plan, add-ons, and regional providers may affect what is included. Your subscription agreement or pricing page always prevails.
Phone numbers, inbound and outbound voice calls (per minute, per country/destination).
SMS and MMS messages (per message segment, per country/destination).
WhatsApp conversations and templates (as billed by WhatsApp/Meta and our messaging provider).
AI features such as AI copy generation, call summaries, conversation analysis, and smart replies, where the underlying models are billed per token or request.
Premium workflow steps that require a paid third-party API or infrastructure component.
Any other feature specifically labeled as usage-based, metered, or pay-as-you-go in your pricing plan.
Note: Usage-based items are typically charged at cost+ or pass-through pricing from our carriers and infrastructure providers, plus applicable taxes and fees.
LeadMaite uses transparent, pass-through style pricing where possible. Actual rates can vary by country, carrier, message type, and provider. The ranges below are examples only and do not replace the live pricing displayed inside your account.
Important: When provider rates change, we may update your per-unit pricing accordingly. We will always aim to provide advance notice of material changes where commercially reasonable.
What is billed: phone numbers, inbound and outbound call minutes, call recordings, and certain call-related add-ons (e.g., transcription, call tracking).
How pricing works: Per-minute rates differ by country and call type (local, toll-free, mobile, international). Phone number rental is typically a fixed monthly fee per number.
Examples (illustrative only): local numbers from $1–$2/month per number; call minutes from $0.01–$0.03/min within the same country. Actual rates vary and are shown in your account.
What is billed: outbound SMS/MMS and, where applicable, inbound SMS/MMS messages. Long messages may count as multiple segments.
How pricing works: Per-message rates differ by country, carrier, and message type (standard, toll-free, short code, registered sender IDs). Regulatory fees may apply.
Examples (illustrative only): outbound SMS within the U.S. from $0.007–$0.02 per segment; MMS from $0.02–$0.04 per message. Actual rates are shown inside LeadMaite.
Included: many plans include a monthly block of email sends suitable for typical marketing and transactional use.
Usage-based: emails sent beyond included limits, or via premium deliverability add-ons, are charged per 1,000 emails ("per thousand" pricing).
What is billed: WhatsApp conversations and templates as defined by WhatsApp/Meta, plus any carrier or provider fees.
How pricing works: usually per-conversation or per-template session pricing defined by WhatsApp, and may differ by country and conversation type (marketing, utility, authentication, service).
What is billed: AI-powered features such as content generation, summaries, scoring, intent detection, and smart replies that rely on third‑party AI models.
How pricing works: typically per token, per request, or per analyzed conversation. We aggregate this into simple per‑unit or per‑feature charges visible inside your billing dashboard.
LeadMaite is committed to honest, fair pricing. We show you what you are spending, where you are spending it, and give you tools to stay in control.
You are responsible for monitoring usage in your account, configuring limits and alerts appropriately, and ensuring that your team uses LeadMaite in line with your budget, internal policies, and all applicable laws.
If an integration, automation, or external system triggers high volumes of messages or calls, you remain responsible for the resulting usage charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LeadMaite’s plans are designed for good-faith, legitimate business use. To protect our customers, infrastructure, and provider relationships, we may review and limit activity that appears abusive or anomalous.
Our usage-based pricing depends on third-party providers (e.g., telecom carriers, messaging platforms, email infrastructure, AI model providers). These providers may change their fees, add regulatory surcharges, or modify their billing models.
When that occurs, LeadMaite may update your per-unit pricing to reflect those changes. We will strive to provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible, but certain changes may take effect immediately if imposed without prior notice to us.
